This is a Queen Anne's Lace wildflowers, also called Wild Carrots, Daucus carota. The carrots we eat today are a cultiver of this plant, and the roots of this plant are edible when they are young. These beauties are growing in an open field in Limestone County Alabama USA.

My name is Kathy Clark and I live in Hartselle, Alabama with my husband Tom, and my daughters, Michelle & Jessica, and granddaughter Tasha & great-granddaughter Ava living fairly close by.
