This is an old vintage circus or carnival carousel, or merry-go-round, that was sitting in a vacant field in Limestone County Alabama USA. It has handpainted decorations, thousands of lights, and shiny mirrors, and traditional horses. It sat there in the elements of a long time, but finally was removed to some other place. I hope it found somebody to love it, and restore it.

My name is Kathy Clark and I live in Hartselle, Alabama with my husband Tom, and my daughters, Michelle & Jessica, and granddaughter Tasha & great-granddaughter Ava living fairly close by. However I spent most of my life in Alaska where I learned to appreciate the world around me. I love God's creation and find photography a great way to capture some of that beauty. Digital photography made it even easier to do so. I use a Canon 7D and a Canon Rebel XTi, and Canon lenses, 18mm to 55mm, 75mm to 300mm, and my favorite a 100mm macro lens.
