This is a common hydrangea blossom. These are usually pink or blue depending on the ph of the soil. I use a fertilizer on mine that always makes it this wonderful shade of purple. I painted this image digitally.
About Kathy Clark
My name is Kathy Clark and I live in Hartselle, Alabama with my husband Tom, and my daughters, Michelle & Jessica, and granddaughter Tasha & great-granddaughter Ava living fairly close by. However I spent most of my life in Alaska where I learned to appreciate the world around me. I love God's creation and find photography a great way to capture some of that beauty.
